The Kindle version is now available for pre-order at a special introductory price of $4.99. The paperback version is not available for pre-order, but it should be available for purchase on October 11, at a special introductory price of $8.99. If you are planning to purchase the book, try to order it no later than October 17 so that you can take advantage of those introductory prices. (About a week after the launch, the Kindle and paperpack books will list at $6.99 and $11.99, respectively.)
